Directions
For
A&E Domestic Brand Window Awnings:
1)
Roll awning out. 2) Insert the new strap into
open slot of the roller tube.
For
Carefree of Colorado Brand Window Awnings:
1)
Roll awning out. 2) Drill a 3/8" hole on
a 45 degree angle in the strap groove a couple
inches from the end. 3) Insert the new strap into
the hole and slide ti to the middle. 4) Cut off the old strap, flush
with the roller tube. It is not neecessary to
remove the remaining rubber piece from the roller
tube cavity.
Helpful
Idea: to keep the loop open, turn the
loop inside out. At the fold, put a bead of silicone.
When dry, reverse the strap to normal position
